Overview

The International Sales Director for HawkEye 360 is responsible for managing international business opportunities and developing an international sales channel.  Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the International Sales Director engages both internally and externally to ensure HE360’s capabilities are in line with customer needs.  The Sales Director will build business relationships with targeted customer organizations, maximizing the company’s positive exposure to the appropriate audiences.  The successful candidate should have a proven track record of introducing and implementing new technologies, processes and approaches within both government and commercial organizations - particularly in the areas of commercial space, RF spectrum survey, geospatial data and/or analytics products.

 

**HE360 will consider candidates based in any location, however candidate must be open/available for remote work and internationl travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop international sales pipeline with focus on likely early adopting customer organizations
  • Convert business development opportunities with international customers to transactional business
  • Prioritize, build and manage HE 360’s international strategic sales channel
  • Execute company strategies to maximize customer interest and sales revenue in cooperation with CRO, CEO and other company executives
  • Manage sales efforts to include proposal development, pricing, and contract execution in concert with technical and business teams inside HawkEye 360
  • Work with the company's product & engineering leadership to develop system requirements and product specifications based on international customer needs

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years international sales management experience
  • Significant business development experience within international commercial and government organizations
  • Experience selling cutting edge technical solutions including geospatial data and big data analytics
  • Experience working through complex sales environments and accelerating sales cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with senior levels of internal and external organizations
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and CRM utilization
  • Commercial aerospace experience
  • Technology startup experience
  • MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
