The Director of Human Resources will report to the CEO and partner with the leadership team to build an exceptional organization of highly engaged and motivated employees who are all passionate about building our company to its full potential. Ideal candidates will have experience proposing, developing, implementing and coordinating company programs, polices, and procedures covering all areas of Human Resources including: recruiting, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, compensation, onboarding and talent management. Self-motivation, teamwork and experience working in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment are highly desired.
