    BridgeSat, a space and telecom startup based in downtown Denver, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.  The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CEO. This is a very active and important role, as the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, not only to the CEO, but also to a busy executive leadership team and other BridgeSat team members as required.

    Acting as the “hub” of the office, this detail-oriented, dynamic individual will handle a variety of responsibilities, providing office management and executive administrative assistance, to help keep operations running smoothly.  Working in a true startup environment, this role requires an individual who is not afraid to “wear different hats” and adapt quickly to shifting gears and responsibilities.


    The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with excellent written and verbal communication, a strategic thought process, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. We are looking for a pro-active self-starter who has a high degree of personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor.  A successful candidate will have passion, an independent, but also collaborative, work ethic, a hardworking attitude, and lots of enthusiasm.

    • Provide general administrative support to office and executive leadership team
    • Provide direct support to key executives for travel planning
    • Support executives on corporate administrative activities including expense reporting other financial reporting
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
    • Prepare materials for meetings
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. ​
    • Actively manage the planning and execution of company events and conferences​
    • Maintain team files and contracts- both electronic and hardcopy
    • Serve as the point person for office management including maintenance, mailing, photocopying, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
    • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Support ad hoc projects and other admin duties as required


    • 5+ years administrative and/or executive support experience
    • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email & Calendar
    • Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the following: spreadsheets (Excel), cloud-based document sharing platforms, document organization, and scheduling
    • Experience with handling expense reporting and travel arrangements
    • Strong calendar management skills
    • Meeting/Conference/Event planning experience
    • Experienced in the maintenance of office equipment
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Previous experience working in a startup envirornment a plus
