Allied Minds is searching for a Sr. Manager, Payroll & Benefits to join the Human Resources team, and lead the strategic planning, analysis and administration of all payroll programs and employee benefits. The Sr. Manager, Payroll & Benefits will be responsible for maintaining accurate data in the payroll/HRIS platform as well as leveraging the system to increase operational efficiencies not only of the HR department but also cross-departmentally.
