    QuayChain builds digital infrastructure in multi-user industrial locations to create Smart Industrial Hubs. QuayChain is a platform for applications & data-driven solutions for all those who service and rely on the global supply chain. Smart Industrial Hubs are the connector that will enable the digital supply chain, converting what have been black-holes for data and connectivity in Ports, Airports and the multi-user industrial hubs to the strength of the digital supply chains. QuayChain combines private 5G wireless solutions with Industrial IOT to provide solutions never before have been open to companies. High-speed and low-latency solutions through OnGo wireless combined with fiber and a variety of other propriety wireless solutions gives QuayChain access to IIOT devices and data in the harshest industrial locations.


    QuayChain is currently seeking a Solutions Architect. The Solutions Architect will work with QuayChain’s enterprise customers, OEM and product partners, as well as fiber providers, to help built and design the connectivity component of QuayChain’s smart industrial hubs.


    • Coordinate and provide technical support to ensure that the QuayChain’s wireless  and wired connectivity solution is selected and deployed commercially
    • Develop and present product and applications slides to potential customers supporting sales towards commercial readiness
    • Work with QuayChain team on IOT device selection and computer vision and other data capture IOT solutions.
    • Respond to technical Bids, RFI's and RFP's, provide high-level network architecture support to validate customer architecture for end-to-end solution integration including billing, KPI and alarming
    • Coordinate and lead lab trials and interface with QuayChain product teams to review and plan for customer requirements
    • Coordinate and manage customer facing operational activities: coordinate configuration of trial equipment, network validation testing and acceptance testing (as applicable) and pre/post deployment technical account management
    • Interface with customers and internal and external engineering teams as issues arise, monitor bug fixes and track feature developments.
    • Conduct on-going technical presentations to various organizations within the assigned accounts to uncover future opportunities and to strengthen the business relationship


    • 5+ years’ experience with customer facing account operations management for: MNO wireless service provider and/or MSO service provider such as Verizon, Charter, Comcast
    • Fixed wireless service provider such as Extenet, Accelleran, Cambium, Zinwave
    • IT/Enterprise WiFi networking operations such as Boingo, American Tower
    • Hands on experience with technologies such as SaaS, AWS cloud, WiFi, LTE, shared spectrum and other wireless technologies with ability to educate customers and position technology advantages as part of solution selling
    • Any prior experience with Supply Chain, Transportation, Networking and IOT technologies
    • Self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, accomplished at Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Project Management experience preferred
    • Experience creating and delivering training and support material preferred
