    Spin Memory is currently seeking a Layout Designer (contractor).

    Responsibilities

    •  Perform cell, block, and array layout activities for library and full chip projects 

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of directly relevant layout experience. 
    • Thorough knowledge of layout of Analog/Mixed signal circuit blocks and the physical layout requirements
    • Extensive experience in performing DRC/LVS/ERC required
    • Experience with Antenna EM, RC Extraction, and IR analysis desired
    • Experience with 28nm technologies and below required
    • Layout experience with FDSOI and FinFET a plus 
    • Must have strong skills in layout, floor planning, and manual routing 
    • Strong understanding of device optimization, component matching, minimizing parasitics, including techniques to minimize manufacturing variations 
    • Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso XL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS required 
    • A self-starter who is pro-active, a fast learner, detail oriented, and team oriented
    • Bachelor of Science degree a plus.
